I've tried the Stadium Editor, and found it doing some odd things. It's kind of redundant now, anyway.
If you've got the .DAT files, just create a dummy league for each set you've got, and use OOTP's built-in import/export function in the "Edit Ballpark" screens.
Be aware, though, that the game claims it puts the exported files into the EXPIMP folder, but it just tosses 'em loose into the league's main folder. Copy the exported files (they're very small) over to your new league, and import them.
Bam! New stadium set.
As long as the .BMP files are located in your "Graphics" folder, the game should find them. If the game's saying it can't find them, make sure they're not in a subdirectory. The game has problems reading LONG file/path names, so if you try directing it to "SPORTSMANSPARK1930.BMP", it'll probably return a blank picture.
