PRMLB is a competitive league with a long history of consistent and steady leadership. We are entering our 25th season and have decided to revamp our format. Our league has an incredibly talented and committed group of GMs but are extremely patient and welcoming to any new or rookie OOTP online players. World Series winners will receive a retro baseball t-shirt sent to them by the Commissioner as a trophy for their hard work and good fortune!
Instead of maintaining exactly 30 GMs at all times, the league will now contract any vacancies (if unfilled by the end of the World Series). New GMs can either take on a vacant team or petition for expansion (based in the historical roots of baseball (Federal League, American Association, Negro League, Pacific Coast League), subject to committee approval.
