Once your Twitch account is linked to your OOTP Challenge Mode account (the one you use to log into PT) using the steps in the video, you'll have to manually claim drops on either the official OOTP streams or the OOTP Affiliate streamers (of which I am one of many) every 15-17 minutes or so. You can get up to 5 standard packs (from affiliate streamers) and 5 silver packs (from official OOTP Twitch streams except FHM) every day. Those packs, after maybe a brief delay of a few minutes or so, will be automatically applied to your account.
