Just busting your balls. Yeah, he's a whiny snivelling fool, but imo, he still belongs in the hall. I realize that wasn't the question, just my $0.02
I've never really followed the case, but I thought I heard somewhere he had a handshake deal with Giamatti that the "lifetime ban" would only last a year, but Giamatti died shortly thereafter or something?
