Actually, with the prices lower I started a new team and won a championship in the 1st 6 seasons. It is possible. My Doubleday team is forever a Gold level contender and Diamond pretender. The Doubledays are closely similar to the example provided, but I think my team might be better?

Only 75000 bought during sale, $35 team. The rest based on PP earned at lower levels. But cannot compete against FH3 completed teams,
