Two modifications to the jersey would be necessary: (1) replace the regular 5-point star with a 6-point jewish star, and (2) using a similar font, replace the word "Nation" with "Israel"
For team Israel's cap, I think a 6-point star would suffice. I attached an example of a star that could be used in a prior post.
