Practically every card he has there can be acquired by doing the Central division Franchise Hero missions. If you do that single-mindedly, you can easily acquire that team in 6 weeks if you can get yourself back to the Rookie level with a couple of good high-earning players like Rose and the 40K PP's or so you bank from your entry level season.
