This sounds like there might have been an issue with storage space. Can you check how much room you have?
If you have a decent amount of storage, then please plug you phone into your computer, then navigate to the path shown in the image and zip the Tar_Data folder. Then if you can send that to me via direct message or upload to Google Drive and send me the link, I can check out what might be missing
