This is coming from a person who's salary is paid by advertising. Most of these companies are greedy, insidious, and disgusting (read: Nike) so unless they are cutting you a large check for your work, why bother? If I am displaying an advert, eff you, pay me! Don't do them any favors.
As someone who is completely against having any advertisements in the field of play (ya know, how it used to be before that slimeball Larry Luccino broke the seal in the mid-90s). I believe it has gone off the rails and cheapens the on-field product; I'd want to know how to replace them with the padding from the outfield wall!

I like using them for accuracy. Older parks have the standard Marlboro sign in their parks, why have you never complained about those? Also many of the OOTP advertisements look weird compared to real ads.
