So, as I was adding to this pack for the new leagues in Historical, we ended up adding some of them directly into the game. So here's the ones I believe that aren't (and if there's any missing after the next update, let me know). These are all fictional ones (although a few are based closely on the actual logos), but I'll likely add some of the real ones as time allows. All names should be correct and you'll just need to put them into the logo_teams folder in either Historical Quickstart or in your Saved Game.
