It depends on what you need. Most of their attributes are similar but their use cases are different, mainly because of the positions. The NeL card is a 2B/SS combo while the FH3 card is 2B/1B/3B/LF. The NeL card has a bit of a stronger infield arm and had somewhat of an advantage in Speed and Baserunning. Their Stealing ratings are essentially identical.
