Welcome to UEBA, one of the most unique OOTP leagues in existence!

This league has been active for over 20 seasons now and is re-booting after a short hiatus. UEBA has a unique structure: 4 leagues of 10 teams each that are based on European soccer leagues: The Permier League, Bundesliga, La Liga and Serie A.

Each year, every team competes in multiple competitions: a Domestic schedule of 108 games, a domestic tournament and the Association Cup. There’s also the Champion’s League and Europa League competitions, which are determined by the previous season’s results in the domestic season.

The top two teams in each league advance to the Champions League for the following season. Teams No. 3, No. 4, No. 5 and No. 6 in each league advance to the Europa League.

Domestic series (regular season) games are played each weekend during the year. Tournament games are played in the mid-week.

Here’s a summary of the available teams:

Hamburger: Classic rebuild situation. Some good talent but not enough to compete in a serious way. Payroll shrinks to $30M after this season so there's a lot of financial flexibility.

Hannover: Flexible situation. The right GM could make a few tweaks and make this team into a competitor, or they could make a few trades for prospects and go for a quick rebuild. Only $51 million on the books this season and $40 million next year. Lots of room to have some fun here.

Chelsea: Chelsea has a stacked roster with a couple interesting prospects but is tight on money. It's a roster that's ready to compete right now (2nd in run differential last season) but will need a talented GM to navigate a lack of financial flexibility.

Valencia: 6th in La Liga last season but this team has good pieces to build around. No. 3 farm system in La Liga.

We are entering free agency this week so this is a good time to join up.
