I think since they are fully recovered the injury chance is simply whatever his normal rating is. Ie Durable, fragile etc. Rehab is about getting the rust off and performing up to expectation.
Having said that when I send pitchers to rehab I so set a conservative pitch limit. I don't want my AAA manager going Dusty Baker on my ace who's down there to get 10 innings over a couple of starts.
