Will there be any WHA teams (other than those which eventually joined the NHL) available in the 'Add an Historical Team' list? Currently in FHM7 there are only NHL franchises available. Also historical PCHL/WHL teams?

Also will it ever be possible to 'revive' a franchise created, but then later removed, with the 'Add a team' option, so franchise history/stats are maintained?
