Yup. It's woefully unbalanced at the moment.
To my inexpert eye the root problem seems to be the total dominance of the movement vs. contact mechanic over everything else to the extent that, with the possible exception of Avoid K's, makes everything else largely irrelevant. If power hitters get that power at the expense of light blue rather than dark blue contact (*) they are unplayable despite their moonshot capacity.
Dedicated relievers suffer a similar fate. I WANT to play them, I really do, but am currently fielding only one and that as a specialist. They might have pinpoint accuracy, three or four expert pitches and stuff coming out of their ears, but if that comes at the expense of a few points in movement, forget it - just stick in another starter instead.
(*) There are rather too many who seem to not know where each base is, hobble between them on one leg, and have no situational awareness whatsoever for my liking, as well.
