Doesn't sound like my method is something that you would like but I'll share it for any the read the thread.
First I sort the draft thread with filters for "draftable pitchers and batters". I place them on a shortlist and mass add them to the scout's jobs. As the reports come to my email they will be in a list all together. I start with the first report and quickly skim to name and rating, IE Joe Baseball 45-80. Click on delete, that email goes away and is replaced by the next. Read, delete. Rinse and repeat until the whole list had been glanced at and deleted. Every day reports come in they are read and dispensed with. I do play out all of my games so it's not like I have to work around weekly sims etc.
With this method names and ratings stick in my mind so when the draft comes I have some familiarity as I select.
If you want OSA only be my guest. The trouble with not doing your own scouting is you can't fine tune and go after the skills you value most. My 2 cents.
