your changes would cause some change in talent distribution for sure... seems unlikely enough change to cause what you describe. Are there a ton of position players pitching? but, you descrive hr on nearly all AB, so not influenced by pitcher? or posisbly due to who they face or facing dead-tired rp?

nonetheless, i'd autocalculate LTM before next season and see if it fixes it or not.

if you have some portion of LTM where you want it... like defense, you could screen shot those and re-enter them after an autocalculation. if the changes you made really are drastic enough to cause somem wonky results, may want to try that after you ensure it's not borked... one less variable changing while investigating helps figure out what is really the cause (in this case, using the autocalculated values is 'not changing' something).

hmm.. did you change the totals? do they add up properly together? The unseen total for sac flies can be derived from recent results, not inlcuding the wonky year, of course. rough estimate out of tens of thousands of AB should be close enough.

if you tried to change league results through modifiers only while keeping the original totals, may want to calculate some of your own to avoid ".00x" modifier values, just make sure babip and whatever else jive.
