Parker Rayfield just won his first Pitcher of the Year award at age 32 and he has now parlayed that into a lucrative 5-year contract on the free agency market with the reigning SJL East pennant winning Washington Night Train.
He adds a reliable and durable arm to the Washington rotation which expects to be without staff ace Jose Casillas for most, if not all, of the upcoming season.
