Oh boy, You don't need to remake them... just transfer them!
here it is nice and simple way to fix your issue! Go under your OOTP 21/data/ folder and go under the Ballparks folder, find all your custom stadiums, and copy to them to the ballparks folder in OOTP 22. Then go in game and reload them in the game. All of the custom parks should have a .prk file to load everything and then if the 3d file does not load, you can load that easy under the 3d model and load the file under there.
Then you are all done but, going from 21 to 22 does not transfer jerseys, hats, or ballpark files. You have to do all that manually.
