I'm asking for help with adding ethnicities and name sets. I added name sets for Haiti, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, and Curaçao. My problem is when I sim seasons to test everything out, the ethnicities for the players are predominantly caucasian, despite what I entered for the ethnicity percentages. I listed my process.

I added following lines to the "world default" file under "<ETHNICITIES>"

<ETHNICITY id="41" name="Haitian" african="95" asian="0" east_indian="0" caucasian="2" hispanic="3" />
<ETHNICITY id="42" name="Jamaican" african="92" asian="0" east_indian="2" caucasian="0" hispanic="6" />
<ETHNICITY id="43" name="Trinidadians and Tobagonians" african="36" asian="0" east_indian="37" caucasian="3" hispanic="24" />
<ETHNICITY id="44" name="Curaçaoans" african="80" asian="0" east_indian="0" caucasian="11" hispanic="9" />

I added the "new" name sets to the names and first names sets that comes with OOTP.

I went to each nation and changed the "etid="00" i.e. For Haiti changed to "etid="41" Jamaica "etid="42"

I changed the ethnicity percentages. i.e. Haiti

<ETHN_PCTS>
<ETHN_PCT etid="41" pct="100" />

I feel like there is something obvious that I'm missing. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
