It's mostly likely going to take a bit of a deeper dive into some specific troubleshooting.
Given that, I'd recommend opening a support ticket, which you can do even just by sending an email to
support@ootpdevelopments.com and the support guys can work with you more directly on this (or they may even have seen this before and already know what's going on, if we're lucky).
