I don't know what to thing about this.

Concerning Real Stats the manual says this:

Real Stats: The "standard Lahman" option. Current player ratings will be assigned based on a player's historical statistics. So, in this case, a player who played in a hitter-friendly park throughout his career could end up with inflated ratings.

That indicates nothing is done, no adjustments. Yet Maris comes up rated for 47 HRs. Instead of park adjustment is this perhaps adjusted to modern neutral era as indicated in the editor? Which at this point I'd assume to be 2019.

Yet your calculations above appear to indicate the amounts shown in the editor are for the current year of the game, in this case 1961. Which would actually be a lot more useful.
