By default the game tries to balance the historical IPouts per GS with the CG% of a given season. I set up the game to only target IPouts/GS for my own use though.
1940 IPouts/GS was 20.7
1953 IPouts/GS was 19.5
1940 CG% was 44%
1950 CG% was 34%

1953: .264/.336/.397
