71 was just a hotfix for the transparent helmets for a couple folks on Mac and Linux. There was also a change to fix an issue with classic 3d view not aligning properly and to fix an issue with the depth of field settings but the changes to the crowds Jorin mentioned weren't included afaik. They would be in the next patch if all goes well.
