Hi, I am new to this so I am not really too sure what I am doing. I am on a MacBook air if that helps.

I downloaded the CSV file and I don't know how to import it into a live start. The live start is new and I have tried doing it through setting>troubleshooting>open folder containing data and it didn't work.
