I don't have any source detail for that image, but it was
shared here without source detail in 2007 by UKBaseballfan.
That image also appears in a
story about Frank Harris which is linked from
Harris's BR Bullpen page. The image in the Baseball History Daily story is in the style of NY Clipper player portraits, but the story doesn't list the image source and I don't have my copy of the Clipper biographies in front of me right now to confirm.
