Branch Rickey
Branch Rickey was a baseball player, manager, and executive who was the driving force behind two of the most important changes in baseball in the 20th Century: the development of the farm system and the end of baseball's color line. Few would have predicted a HOF career watching Rickey as a player. After a college career at Ohio Wesleyan University, he was a major league catcher and outfielder whose most notable accomplishment was allowing a record 13 stolen bases in one game. He did, however, hit quite well in 65 games with the 1906 Browns. - bRef Bullpen wiki
I didn't have a facegen for him and in my mind's eye, he's Harrison Ford in 42. There are some younger pictures of him in his playing days but no straight-on shots. Here's the picture I settled on for the basis of him.
