Maybe there should be a maximum BIN of 10,000. If you want to sell a card for more then it's open bidding for 24 hours. That gives everyone who wants the card a fair chance. Below 10K who cares? Those cards are plentiful enough.
(I would not vote in favor of this suggestion, BTW. I trust the developers to monitor AH manipulation and take appropriate measures. )
