I definitely sim the minors. It just makes the game more realistic, which of course is the whole point. Plus in my AAA club I see that a batter is hitting 390 with some dang good power or a pitcher has an ERA under 3 and has a lot of wins... it's time to bring him up.

It's my preference to not play the games though. I tried at first but it was too slow for me, and it's just as fun as reading the game log as it was to actually play the game. When it comes to the end of the season and I'm in a race to get to the playoffs I do play though, as I feel I can win a game better than the sim could.
