I've only gotten it to take once and now that I've seen the result, I can't unsee it. Facegen wasn't a fan. Like Charlie Chaplin as a mime after a fastball to each eye... I'll try a few more times to get it to take and see if any of those give you a starting point but least here's one fg file to see what it yielded...
EDIT: All the versions I've gotten to take yield more or less the same result...
