Right now I'm in the middle of building a world with 4 separate 3-level promotion/relegation associations (well, in OOTP terms, the associations are based on the level, but analogous to soccer, the associations are region-based) and shared playoffs on each level (34 teams per region).

I love building the worlds, but I lose interest before I actually play a game. Would people like playing worlds I build? I could even build worlds based on guidelines people would suggest. If I don't have any interest, I'll stick to playing OOTP 18 because I don't need current rosters for what I'm doing.
