Travel day in the ALCS, while the Dodgers pulled another upset. Fernando couldn't hold a 4-0 lead, but they pulled it out with 4 in the 17th, 5 innings of scoreless work by Burt Hooton sealing the win. Playing second base the last half of the game was Greg Schultz (1-2, 2BB) who IRL had some .880+ seasons at AAA Albuquerque but not until after the Lopes-for-Sax switch had blocked his path to Chavez Ravine. Here, he's in the bigs while Sax is still in San Antonio.
