"The Toledo management announced yesterday that Ernie Diehl, the amateur ball player, Cincinnati councilman and all-round sportsman, had consented to join the team in Indianapolis tomorrow. Diehl, who is too wealthy to adopt baseball as a profession, has helped out the Pittsburg [sic] club on a number of occasions, always refusing to accept a cent for his services, and promised that if Pres. The one I had in my files, was maybe from the older photo via findagrave. The boards had a copy of a younger version of him in uniform that I used to redo him. I did end up overlaying a texture pack to cleanup the shadows and colorized it. I also smoothed over the puckered lips. He ended up a bit between the two available pics.
