I'm giving a stab at being a manager of a AAA minor league team. Should my role be to win games, develop players for the MLB franchise or both? I find it hard to keep up with roster changes (GM is run by the AI). My goal is to advance to a manager of a major league team but having some fun in the minor leagues at the same.
