There should be 'W O/S' column in international tournaments tables. Otherwise its hard to read, like on the screenshot it looks like Canada won 7 games, but earned only second place in group B, while USA lost one game and took first place. It turned out Canada won two games in overtime, hence earning only 19 points. The same thing with Czech Republic and Russia in group A.
Another thing. Germany and Czech Republic played 5 overtimes in a group stage game. It should be 5 min overtime and shootout.
