That's my whole point. Players decide where to play and who to play with regardless of if it's a trade or free agency. Ainge was able to "build" a super team because it was the Celtics and stars want to go there. Same with markets like Miami and LA. If he was the GM of Orlando or Charlotte he could have never traded for Garnett.
