I have a trainer with Legendary in preventing arm injuries; all of my pitchers are young & none are “fragile,” yet every single season my pitchers drop like flies. And many of them become complete bums after suffering major injuries.
I mean, how realistic is it to only have two pitchers start more than 15 games in a season because of injuries? To only have two pitchers throw more than 120 innings? It’s absurd.
I’ll be turning down the injuries a notch below retro.

Yeah i've had the same experience with the default injury setting. Every year i have 3-4 SP's out for at least 3 months. usually at least one out for 6+ months. Then my star RF will get a 6 month injury. It goes on and on.
I know injuries are a reality of baseball, but something seems off on the severity of the injuries. I have way too many 3+ month injuries. I would be ok with more 3-4 week injuries. I don't see enough hamstring or oblique injuries.
I think the number of injuries are ok, just the severity needs toned down.
