Finishing up with the "Cleveland Lake Mistakes" (lol), we have Rob Pietroburgo, who spent 1979-1982 at AAA, and worked his ERA down from 6.17 to 2.76 and his WHIP from 1.46 to 1.17…but never got called up and was just dropped cold.
I think this is the same "Rob Pietroburgo" who became a "wealth management consultant" and runs his own winery in Belleville IL, but it's hard to be sure of resemblences across 40 years, IMO.
