It seems like it's an epidemic of bad math this year in particular. Last year you'd see someone posting diamonds for under 4400 every so often (or other level cards for losses), but this year it's an unreal amount.
I just noticed it doesn't state the sale amount when you click on the auction card screen, which it should. This coincidently benefits development if people get less PP for their cards.
