Thanks a lot, guys.
I used Photoshop to do everything, and interestingly, it only took about 2 hours to do. I won't go into great detail, but I'll tell you basically what I did. First off, he wanted something similar to the S3BL banner I did earlier, so I had that open in a seperate window to look at and sort of copy from. I wanted a ballpark in as the background, so the first thing was finding a suitable picture (I didn't want to use the same one). After about 10-15 minutes of searching, I found this Fenway picture and cropped it a little to fit the dimensions needed (although I would have left it how it was if I had known it was going to be stretched on the website). Next thing I did was add in the website at the bottom left. I created a new layer at the bottom, and put in a left to right "see through" gradient (about 80% opacity), then added the website text. Then I created the logo that I placed right above that on the left side, then added the main text up at the top with the blue background. Lastly (and certainly the most time consuming), I had to get about 5 players to put on the right like I did with the S3BL Banner (and again, I didn't want to use the same guys). So I just started naming 5 all star players that weren't on the other banner, and started finding pictures. The other time consuming part was taking the player out of their original picture. I used the pen tool (most Photoshop users know what that is), and used that to make a selection around the player, then cut and paste him into the actual banner. Very last part was just touch ups. Ichiro needed to be sharpened, I needed to add some contrast to Torii Hunter, and stuff like that.
