I need a new OOTP challenge so I decided to create the Pennsy Union Baseball League. Sorry, not much help with this, although, like you, I've been searching for different ways to play this game, as I've been playing since OOTP4 in every way imaginable. Anyway, just last week, I went back to feeder leagues, and when I looked at players, they are from all over. I looked over a HS team in Cleveland, and not one player's from there? I'll poke around and see if I can get an answer.
By the way, I'm originally from PA(Chester Cty), and my wife is from the Pittsburgh area. Moved to Savannah in 2016.
