It shouldn't be difficult to find those that never made it to MLB or not in the database by starting a historical save and exporting the roster from there.
Keep in mind though, there is no ETA on this. I'm still getting guys (up to 1997) and taking a break off and on while doing other things.
The basis I'm mainly using:
College Baseball Hall of Famers
First Round Draft Picks
Players of the Year (major individual award winners)
First-Team All-Americans
Notable names
