Will summary, what i posted before:

- Nice statistics by every important individual or team Trophy: Who won the most...
Filter by nationality, draft...

- Staff search: By every position in Staff window should be a button to see. When i click to it, it will show me all free Staff people best suited for this job.

- Player Index: More filters like nationality, Draft rounds, Born City, and even position. Plus others.

And im a fan of long running game. There were to see improvements done in game speed running between FHM 6 and FHM 7. I would like to see another step in FHM 8.

And another one:
Pick your team (other team) from your game and make a virtual serie, who is the best.

Like i want to see, if my team from season 2030/2031 is better like my team from season 2050/2051.
