If you still have version of the IPA and/or other leagues of yours on OOTP 21, perhaps you can resume from where you left off with it or them prior to you importing it or them to OOTP 22, if needs be, EC. Also check to see if you didn't perhaps leave decimal points in the wrong places on your modifiers-related screens, or your strategy screens, just to be sure they're not out of whack too much, or something. Not saying that thing or those things might be the cause or causes of weird numbers for your league or leagues here, but you should check everything that might affect statistical output, just the same, for sure.

CD, I double, triple and quadruple checked each and every setting all three times... I tediously checked all my settings and modifiers.
