I am having the same issue - have already done all the troubleshooting 101
1. graphics drivers
2. verify files
3. change all graphics settings in games
I don't really want to go through all of the uninstall\reinstall as I have dozens of carefully constructed leagues. I do recall this happening once a year or so ago and then resolving itself in patch. would love to hear if anyone else has had this problem and\or solution
