I'd change the division and league toppers from set cards to packs..
Complete any division, get a diamond pack that will get you any historical diamond from that division. For the AL, NL and MLB completions, a perfect pack.

For the teams, depending on how 'difficult' the mission was to complete, a gold or diamond pack that got you a historical player from that team.

I really enjoyed the gold packs as rewards in the live missions. It helped teams get some good cards, or sale pieces, while creating some diversity.
