Can we please look at this for next patch, or at least help me figure out what I'm doing wrong? Has anyone (playing a major league game, not a fictional college/high school game) had any luck with age limits?

I'm still getting players promoted way too early* with the new patch, so this is how I'm trying to combat that happening, but it still causes every AI team to DFA every minor league player that doesn't fall between the major league age limits.

*just to be clear: when I'm seeing players getting promoted too early, it's happening with players already in the minor leagues at the start of the save (in this example the save starts in 2000), not just drafted players in the year after they were drafted. For some reason Jimmy Gobble and Adam Wainwright keep getting called up in season 1 at age 18 and it's weird and I can't get over it. It doesn't seem to be a development issue because the players are already that good as soon as the save starts, which is why I'm trying to use age limits.
