And just like real MLB 2021, the no-hitters keep coming as Mark Prior tosses one for the Caracas Toros over the Nassau Stringrays at the Atlantis Hotel. Prior was brilliant striking out 13 batters and the only thing that separated him from perfection was walking the diminutive Rich Coggins. Willie Stargell slugged a 3 run homer in the first inning and that was all the offense Prior needed in this game. Jim Greengrass had a nice 3 hit game as well. Caracas has a colorful team with Stargell, Pete Rose and Lebron James who all mauled Prior after the game. This was the 8th no hitter pitched this season and first ever for Caracas and first time Nassau ever got no hit. Will be hoping the real Mark Prior can stay healthy in this simulation as he is in his rookie season and is 5-4.

Kirby Puckett extended his hitting streak to 27 games today as the Seattle Mariners blanked the Bogota Broncos 7-0 behind Nelson Figueroa's 9th win of the year. Puckett is hitting .341 on the season with 15 homers and 45 RBI's, now in his 7th season all with Seattle.

Lastly, NL Midwest leading Tulsa Rattlers lost their closer Paul Masterson for 4 months with shoulder inflammation. The Injury took place in an 11 inning loss to the Montreal Anchors. Tulsa is now holding on to a narrow 2 game lead in the division over the Memphis Cougars.
