I just checked both links and it's definitely downloading the most recent version for me. What's the exact size of the downloaded file you're getting? It should be 1,211,375 KB. If it's something other than that, I suspect your ISP may be caching an older version of fhm7setup.exe that someone has downloaded. That'll normally fix itself within a day or so, but I could also share the installation file with you via another site so it doesn't run into the same problem.
