Same here. It just flashes without any update of what happened

Is there a popup of some sort that's missing to tell me a claim was denied? I get nothing, not even a message in my mail, to tell me what happened. Seems I remember a pop-up from 21.
Is this the way it's supposed to be or a glitch?
